We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If you change your mind, no problem - you've got 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know. Please contact our customer service at info@rawthrive.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Subscription policy
When you subscribe, your products are automatically delivered at the schedule you choose each month and your payment method is charged before each shipment.

You’re always in control. You can pause, skip, change or cancel your subscription anytime in your account.

  • Pausing stops all deliveries and charges until you resume.
  • Skipping lets you skip a single upcoming delivery.
  • Changes to products, address or payment must be made before the next billing date to affect the upcoming order.

Once an order has been processed, it can’t be changed or cancelled.

If a payment fails, we’ll notify you and retry. Subscriptions with repeated failed payments may be cancelled.

Please note
For health and hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on health supplements that have been opened or if the seal is broken. If the product seal is broken, the item is considered used and cannot be returned. We hope you understand - this is to keep everyone safe. 

Return costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
